To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 5 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

Each occupant that is 18 or older MUST submit a separate rental application. Credit, criminal, rental & employment verification is done for every applicant over 18 yrs. old.

Rental Application Fee is $39 per applicant. THE APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Our company is animal-friendly; however, recent changes in laws and insurance have caused the creation of your animal application.

Each animal must submit an animal application as part of the Rental Application and each animal must be listed in your Renter’s Insurance Policy. Proof of paid Animal Policy with Named Insured as MUP Homes. 

Animal weight limit is 30 lbs., no exceptions. (if young, your vet’s opinion of full grown weight will be used.)

Each animal must appear in person (animal) to be photographed and weighed and this animal application shall become part of your Rental Agreement.

No animal on the CDC and Insurance Company list of dangerous animal species are allowed.
