You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
Each occupant that is 18 or older MUST submit a separate rental application. Credit, criminal, rental & employment verification is done for every applicant over 18 yrs. old.
Rental Application Fee is $39 per applicant. THE APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
